Consulting fees and honoraria vary based upon the project or lecture, and the nature of the consultant services secured. A deposit of 50% of the honoraria or fee is due at contract signing. Contact Keisha Roberts at to discuss your needs.


The terms of all agreements must be agreed upon in writing. A signed contract and deposit of 50% of the honoraria or fee are both required before the commitment is entered into Keisha Roberts's schedule and she accepts responsibility to honor the agreement.

Travel. All transporation costs and tips are incurred by the sponsor. Keisha Roberts uses Raleigh/Durham International Airport (RDU). Air travel, ground transportation between home and the airport (or airport parking) and the destination and airport are to be paid by the sponsor. Mileage expenses are to be paid by the sponsor at a rate of 48.5 cents per mile (or current government business rate) for destinations proximal to Raleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The sponsor will arrange and fund all ground transportation needed during the visit.

The sponor will also cover the shipping costs of supplies the artists sends to the instruction site via FedEx.

Travel arrangements will be made by the sponsor with the artist's agreement on dates of travel, routes, airline, etc.

Meals. The cost of meals and tips are incurred by the sponsor. Keisha Roberts is vegan (no meat, poultry, seafood, dairy, eggs, or honey). These dietary requirements may often easily be met by health food, vegetarian, Thai, India, and Ethiopian resturaunts.

Hotel. Lodging must be provided in a non-smoking hotel room in consultation with the artist.
